Red car (me) traveling northbound on Springdale Rd. at about 40 mph. White car (unknown driver, not involved in collision) also traveling north on Springdale, slows to turn right. Beige car (Therion) stopped at stop sign.

Beige car (likely doesn’t see my red car behind white car) pulls out to turn left.

Red car (no light or stop sign) brakes hard but hits Beige car on drivers side front wheel / fender.

EMS arrives quickly (was driving by) minor scratches, no injuries; police (Travis County Sheriffs Dept.)arrive a few minutes late. Take statements, exchanges license / insurance info. Beige car did not have liability insurance and I believe was ticketed.
