Red car (driver Bill Noll, no passengers) was traveling northbound on Springdale Rd. at about 40 to 45 mph. White car (unknown driver, not involved in collision) was also traveling north on Springdale in front of me, slows to turn right. Beige car (driver Therion Gary, no passengers) stopped at stop sign.

As white car slows to turn right, beige car (who likely doesn’t see my red car behind white car) pulls out to turn left.

Red car brakes hard but hits Beige car on drivers side front wheel / fender.

EMS was coincidentally driving by and stopped. No serious injuries for either party; police (Travis County Sheriffs Dept.)arrive a few minutes later. Take statements, exchange license / insurance info. Beige car did not have liability insurance and I believe was ticketed.
